Ingredients to make:

1. Guntur Red Chilli – 5
2. Coriander seed – 1 spoon
3. Cumin seed / Jeera – 1 spoon
4. Pepper – 1 spoon
5. Fennel seed- 1/2 spoon
6. Fenugreek few
7. Clove – 3
8. Kashmir Chili Powder – 1 spoon
9. Ginger – 2 inches
10. Garlic – 7
11. Ghee – 2 spoon
12. Paneer- 200 gm
13. Onions – 1
14. Curd – 3 spoon
15. salt as needed
16. Few curry leaves

Recipe description:
Step – 1:
In a pan, add Guntur red chillies 5. dry roast for a minute and transfer to a mixer jar

Step – 2:
Coriander seeds – 1 Spoon, Cumin seeds / Jeera – 1 Spoon, Pepper – 1 Spoon, Fennel seeds – 1/2 spoon, Fenugreek – 1/4 spoon, Cloves – 3, Dry roast all the ingredients till the aroma comes Transfer to a mixer jar.

Step – 3:
Add Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 1 spoon, Ginger – 2 inches, Garlic – 7 to 8 and add some water and grind fine paste. Keep aside.

Step – 4:
Add ghee 2 spoon in a pan, Add 200 gm paneer roast the paneer till it becomes golden colour.and transfer to a plate.

Step – 5:
Add onion cook till it becomes golden brown. Now add the masala paste, as needed salt mix well and cook till the raw smell goes away.

Step – 6:
Add curd 3 spoons and mix well, till it curd mix into the masala

Step – 7:
Mix well the curd into the masala, add roast paneer, cook in low flame till the ghee out from the masala.

Step – 8:
Finally add a little curry leaves, mix well and serve.
