Ingredients to make:
1. Foxtail Millet – 3 glass
2. Urad Dal – 1 glass
3. Fenugreek seeds – 1/4 Spoon
4. Red Poha/Beaten Rice – 1 glass
5.Salt to taste
6.Oil/Ghee

Recipe description:
Step – 1:
Take 3 glasses of millet rice / Foxtail millet in a bowl. Rinse it well 4 to 5 times with water and set aside.
Step – 2:
In another bowl, add 1 glass of urad dal, 1/4 spoon of fenugreek,wash well 4 to 5 times, add water and set aside.
Step – 3:
In another bowl add 1 glass of red poha wash and soak for 30 min. before grinding. poha does not need to soak much longer.
Step – 4:
Soak the millet for 6 hours. close the lid and keep aside. Soak the urad dal with fenugreek seeds for 6 hours.
Step – 5:
After 6 hours drin the water. then transfer to a mixer jar, add water grind fine paste. transfer to a bowl. keep aside.
Step – 6:
Add foxtail millet, add 30 min soaked red poha, Grind everything to a fine batter and mix well together.
Step – 7:
Add salt and mix well,let the batter ferment for 6 hours.
Step – 8:
After fermentation, make dosa batter consistency, pour a ladle of batter on the tawa and start making the dosa.
Step – 9:
Delicious foxtail millet dosa ready …
