Ingredients for chutney:
1. Oil – 3 spoons
2. Garlic – 4 cloves
3. Onion – 4
4. Tomatoes – 2
4. Red chilies – 5
5. Coconut – 2 spoons
6. The required amount of salt
Ingredients for tempering chutney:
1. Oil – 2 spoon
2. Some curry leaves
3. Urad dal – 1/4 spoon
4. Mustard – 1/4 spoon
5. Cumin seeds – 1/4 spoon
6. Chilies – 2

Let”s start:
To make Chutney:
Step – 1:
Heat oil in a pan. Add Garlic – 4, Onion – 4, Tomatoes – 2, cook for 5 mins in low flame
Step – 2:
After 5 minutes, add red chilli – 5, coconut – 2 spoons. Cook for 1 min in low flame & switch off the stove cool completely.
Step – 3:
Then transfer to the mixer jar add salt, add some water & grind fine paste.
Tempering for the chutney:
Step – 1:
In a pan, add oil – 3 spoons, urad dal – 1/4 spoon, mustard – 1/4 spoon, Cumin seeds – 1/4 spoon & 2 chilies, mix it & pour it on chutney.
Step – 2:
