Rava Dosa Recipe / Instant Crispy Rava Dosai / How to make Rava Dosa / Goki’s Kitchen

Ingredients for making Rava Dosa:

1. Rava / Semolina / Suji – 1 cup
2. Rice flour – 1 cup 
3. Maida / all-purpose flour – 2 spoons
4. Green Chilies – 2
5. Few curry leaves, finely chopped
6. Ginger – 1/4 spoon
7. Few coriander leaves, finely chopped
8. Cumin seeds / Jeera – 1 spoon 

9. pepper – 1/2 spoon 
10. Salt as required
11. Ghee as required

Let”s start:
Step – 1:
In a bowl add semolina / Rava / suji – 1 cup, Rice flour – 1 cup, Maida – 2 tbsp, Green chilies – 2, finely chopped Curry leaves, Ginger – 1/4 tsp,  Few Coriander leaves, finely chopped, add the required amount of salt and mix well.

Step – 2:
Add 2 cups of water and mix without any lumps then add 1 cup of water and mix well and soak for 20 minutes.

 

Step – 3:
After 20 minutes, add 1 glass of water, mix well making sure the batter is thin watery consistency. Now, pour the batter in hot dosa Tawa, add 1 tsp of ghee, cook until the dosa turns golden brown and crisp.
