Ingredients to make:

To boil the cauliflower:

1. Cauliflower full flower – 1
2. Salt
3. Turmeric powder – 1/2 spoon

Cauliflower 65 masala:

1. Boiled cauliflower
2. Rice flour – 4 spoons
3. Red chili powder – 1 & 1/2 spoons
4. Kashmir red chili- 1 spoon
5. Turmeric – 1/4 spoon
6. Hing
7. Salt as required

Let”s start:

To boil the cauliflower:

Step – 1:
First, add water to a pan and chopped cauliflower flower, add salt, turmeric – 1/2 spoon, cook for 50 percent.

   

 Step – 2:
Once it is cooked, filter the water and transfer it to a bowl. Add Rice flour – 4 spoons, Red chili powder – 1 & 1/2 spoons
Kashmir red chili- 1 spoon, Turmeric – 1/4 spoon, add Hing, salt & mix it very well.

     

 Step – 3:
Heat oil in a frying pan, add cauliflower one by one and fry well in medium flame.
