Garlic Chutney / How to make Chutney for Dosa & Idli / Goki’s Kitchen

Ingredients:

1. Sesame oil – 4 Spoons
2. Shallots – 10
3. Garlic – 25
4. A little bit of tamarind
5. Red chili – 12
6. Cumin seeds – 1/4 tsp
7. Mustard seeds  – 1/4 tsp
8. Urad dal – 1/4 tsp
9. Salt
10. Hing

Let”s start:

Step – 1:
In a pan add 1 spoon of Sesame oil, 10 Shallots, 25 Garlic cloves, Saute in low flame until the garlic turns into golden color. 

Step – 2:
Then add A small-sized tamarind. Red chili – 12, Cook in Low flame for 1 min, then switch off the stove.

Step – 3:
Transfer to a mixer jar, let it cooled down, Add the required amount of salt and add the required amount of water.
Grind it & keep aside.

    

Step – 4:
To make the tempering – Add Sesame oil – 3 Spoons, Cumin seeds – 1/4 Spoon, Mustard seeds  – 1/4 spoon, Urad dal – 1/4 spoon & Hing. Transfer the tempering to in the chutney and mix it.   

Step – 5:
Tasty Garlic Chutney Ready…
