Ingredients for making Maida Poori:
1. Maida flour as required
2. Salt as required
3. Oil – 2 tbsp (For kneading)
4. Oil – required amount (for making puri)

Let”s start:
Step – 1:
Add the required amount of maida flour, required amount of salt, oil – 1/2 tsp mix well. And lukewarm water. make dough.
Step – 2:
Then add 2 tbsp oil and knead well for 5 minutes.
Step – 3:
Divide the dough into portions.
Step – 4:
Start rolling, Use maida to roll, do not roll it too thin, it should slightly thicker than chapathi.
Step – 5:
Put the rolled poori in hot oil and pour the oil over the puri to make the puri fluffy.
