Ingredients for Matar Masala:
1. Butter – 5 spoons
2. Onion – 2
3. Tomatoes – 4
4. Ginger – 2 inches
5. Garlic cloves – 10
6. Cashew – 7
7. Red chili powder – 1 spoon
8. Turmeric powder – 1/4 spoon
9. Kashmiri red chili powder -1 spoon
10. The required amount of salt
11. Cardamom – 2
12. Cinnamon- 1
13. Clove – 3
14. Cumin seeds – 1/4 spoon
15. Cooked peas

Let”s start:
Step – 1:
In a pan add butter – 3 spoons, onion – 2, tomato – 4, ginger – 2 inch, garlic – 10, cashews – 7 and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Step – 2:
Then add the chili powder – 1 spoon, turmeric powder – 1/4 spoon, Kashmiri red chili powder -1 spoon, add salt and cook on low flame for 1 minute. then turn off the stove and let it cool.
Step – 3:
Then transfer to a mixer jar add little water & grind fine paste.
Step – 4:
Same pan add butter – 2 spoons, cardamom – 2, cinnamon- 1, cloves – 3, cumin seeds – 1/4 spoon mix it.
Step – 5:
Add the paste and little water, close it with a lid & keep it in low flame.
Step – 6:
When started boiling, add the boiled green peas and mix well and cook for 10 minutes.
