Ingredients:
1. The required quantity of oil
2. Paneer – 200 gms
3. Cumin – 1/2 tsp
4. Green chili – 1
5. A small number of curry leaves
6. Garlic – chopped into small pieces
7. Cabbage – 1 cup
8. Carrots – 1 cup
9. Beans – 1 cup
10. Sweet Corn – 1 cup
11. The required amount of salt
12. Hing
13. Cooked Basmati Rice
14. Pepper powder- 1 /2 Spoon

Method:
Step – 1:
Add oil 3 spoons and fry the paneer. Keep it aside.
Step – 2:
In the same pan, add oil 3 spoons, Cumin seeds – 1/2 spoon, Green chili 1, and add some curry leaves and saute 1 min.
Step – 3:
Add chopped garlic (15) into small pieces, fry the garlic till it becomes golden brown
Step – 4:
Add Cabbage – 1 cup, Carrots – 1 cup, Beans – 1 cup, Sweet Corn – 1 cup mix it.
Step – 5:
Then add the required amount of salt, Hing & cook the vegetables well.
Step – 6:
Then add cooked Basmati rice & add fried paneer, pepper powder -1/2 spoon, and mix it. Tasty Paneer Fried rice Ready…
