Ingredients for making Pepper chutney:

1. Pepper – 2 spoons
2. Fenugreek – 1/4 spoon
3. Red Chilies – 7
4. Tomatoes – 4
5. Coconut – 3 spoons
6. Oil – 4 spoon
7. Salt

Ingredients for seasoning:

1. Oil – 2 spoons
2. Some curry leaves 
3. Cumin – 1/4 spoon
4. Hing
5. Red chilies – 2

Let”s start:
Step – 1:
In a pan add oil – 1 spoon, pepper – 2 spoons, Fenugreek – 1/4 spoon, Red Chilies –  7 and fry for 3 minutes. (low flame). After 3 minutes transfer it to the mixer jar.

Step – 2:
Add 3 spoons of oil, Tomatoes – 4, add the required amount of salt and cook the tomatoes until well cooked.

Step – 3:
Then add 3 spoons of coconut and fry for 1 minute. Turn off the stove and when it cools down, transfer to the same mixer jar, add a little water, grind everything well, and transfer to a bowl.

Step – 4:
Seasoning:
Add Oil – 2 spoons, Some Curry leaves, Cumin seeds / Jeera – 1/4 spoon, Red chilies – 2, Hing mix it & pour into the chutney.
