Curry leaves chutney / Karuveppilai chutney / Curry leaves Chutney for Idli Dosa / Goki’s Kitchen

Ingredients for making Curry leaves chutney:

1. Oil – 1 tbsp
2. Garlic cloves – 3
3. Green Chilies – 6
4. Curry leaves – 1 cup

Ingredients for seasoning:

1. Oil – 2 spoons
2. Some curry leaves 
3. Cumin – 1/2 spoon
4. Hing
5. Red chilies – 2

Let”s start:
Step – 1:
Add Oil – 1 tbsp, Garlic cloves – 3, Green chilies – 6 and fry for 2 minutes (low flame).

Step – 2:
Add 1 cup of curry leaves and continue to roast. Roast until the leaves turn crisp, cool completely, and transfer the mixture jar.

Step – 3:
Add half coconut, (Half shell), peanuts – 1 spoon, salt, and add little water and grind well.

Step – 4:
Seasoning:
Add Oil – 2 spoons, Some Curry leaves, Cumin seeds / Jeera – 1/4 spoon, Red chilies – 2, Hing mix it & pour into the chutney.
