Ingredients:
1. Hot Water
2. Salt
3. Soy chunks – 1 cup
4. Yogurt – 1 tsp
5. Ginger Garlic Paste – 3 tbsp
6. Kashmiri red chili powder – 1 & 1/2 Spoon
7. Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
8. Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
9. Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
10. Gram flour – 2 tbsp
11. Rice flour – 1 tsp
12. Corn powder – 1 tsp
13. Oil For Deep Frying

Let”s start:
Step – 1:
Add salt in hot water and Soak 1 cup of soya chunks for 20 minutes.
Step – 2:
After 20 minutes, pour out the water & also squeeze the water out of soya chunks as much as u can. It should be very dry so squeeze completely. Take a big bowl to add the dry soya chunks.
Step – 3:
Yogurt – 1 spoon, Ginger garlic paste – 3 spoons, Kashmiri red chili powder- 1 & 1/2 spoons, Turmeric powder – 1/4 spoon, Chili powder – 1/2 spoon, Garam masala – 1/2 spoon, Rice flour – 1 spoon, Cornflour – 1 spoon, & required amount of salt and mix well.
Step – 4:
Sprinkle little water and mix well.
Step – 5:
Heat oil in a pan and start frying soya chunk mix in a batch until you get nice golden brown color.
Step – 6:
