Ingredients for Kalakand:
1. Milk – 1 & 1/2 liters
2. Sugar – 1/2 cup
3. Ghee – 1 spoon
4. Lemon – 1

Let”s start:
Step – 1:
In a pan add 1 & 1/2 liters of milk and boil well till the milk is reduced by half.
Step – 2:
Add a full lemon juice in the milk and mix well for 5 minutes.
Step – 3:
Then add sugar – 1/2 cup and mix well.
Step – 4:
During this stage, add 1 tbsp ghee and mix well.
Step – 5:
Turn off the stove when it stops sticking to the frying pan.
Step – 6:
Spread ghee in an airtight container, transfer the kalakand, cover the lid, and rest it for 3 hours.
Step – 7:
After 3 hours, transfer it to a plate.
