Ingredients for making Egg Gravy:

1. Onion – 2
2. Tomatoes – 3
3. Oil – 8 tbsp
4. Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
5. Salt as required
6. Red chili powder – 1 & 1/2 tsp
7. Boiled Eggs – 5
8. Pepper powder – 1 tbsp
9. Fennel Powder – 1 tbsp
10. Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
11. Garam masala powder – 1 tbsp
12. Coriander powder – 1 & 1/2 tsp
13. Green Chilies – 2
14. Some curry leaves
15. Garlic cloves – 10

Let”s start:
Step – 1:

In a pan, add onion – 2, fry golden brown, put it in a mixer, add little water, grind well, and set aside.

 

Step – 2:
In the same pan, add salt, turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp, chili powder – 1/2 tsp, mix well and add the boiled eggs – 5, cover with a lid & cook till the eggs roast both sides well.  And transfer to a plate & set aside.

   

Step – 3:
 In a mixer add Tomatoes- 3, turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp, pepper – 1 tsp, Fennel powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp, Chili Powder – 1 tsp, Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp, Coriander powder – 1 & 1/2 tsp,
Salt, grind well, and set aside.

       

Step – 4:
In the same pan add oil – 4 tbsp, green chilies – 2, some curry leaves, garlic cloves – 10, cooks the garlic till it becomes golden brown.

   

Step – 5:
Add ground onion paste, cook till the raw smell goes away. Fry until the oil separates.

Step – 6:
Then add ground tomato masala paste, cook in low flame for 5 mins. 

Step – 7:
After 5 minutes add 4 tbsp of water and cook for 3 minutes. (low flame)

 

Step – 8:
After 5 minutes add the required amount of water mix it, cover with a lid & cook for 10 mins in low flame. Gravy ready. Add fried eggs and cook for 2 mins in low flame.
