Potato gravy for Chapathi & Poori / Potato Gravy / Goki’s Kitchen

Ingredients for making potato gravy:

1. Oil – 8 tbsp
2. Small onion/Shallots – 15
3. Garlic cloves – 15
4. Large tomato – 1
5. Cashew – 7 number
6. Kashmiri red chili powder – 1 tbsp
7. Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
8. Red chili powder – 1 tbsp
9. Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
10. Coriander Powder – 1 & 1/2 tsp
11. Salt as required
12. Some Curry
13. Green Chili – 1
14. Potatoes – 3 medium size (50% boiled)

Let”s start:
Step – 1:

In a pan add Oil – 4 tbsp, Small Onion/Shallots – 15, Garlic cloves – 15 and fry for 1 minute.

Step – 2:
Add 1 well-riped tomato and add cashew nuts – 7 and fry for 3 minutes.

Step – 3:
Then put the stove on low heat and add Kashmiri red chili powder – 1 tsp, Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tbsp, garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp, coriander powder – 1 & 1/2 tsp, salt, mix well and turn off the stove. cool completely and transfer to a mixer jar add a little water and grind well.

Step – 4:
In the same pan add oil – 4 tbsp, some curry leaves, green chili – 1, then add the ground paste, add the required amount of water, Once it is boiled well, add the 50% boiled potatoes and cook till it thickened then turn off the stove.
