Ingredients:
1. Jaggery – 1/2 cup
2. Water – 1/2 cup
3. A little Cardamom powder
4. Ragi Flour – 1 cup
5. Grated coconut – 3 tbsp
6. A little bit of salt
7. Ghee as you required

Let”s start:
Step – 1:
First, add the jaggery – 1/2 cup, water – 1/2 cup, a little cardamom powder and boil till the jaggery is dissolved.
Step – 2:
In a bowl add the ragi flour – 1 cup, grated coconut – 3 tsp, and a little bit of salt, filter the jaggery water and mix well.
Step – 3:
Then take a piece of butter paper and apply ghee on the butter paper. Take a big lemon sized ball of ragi dough and place it on the butter paper and then flatten it.
Step – 4:
Add little ghee on the Tawa and put the flatten ragi and toast the Ragi Adai both the sides in low flame.
Step – 5:
