Tomato Coconut Chutney / Chutney Recipe / Goki’s kitchen

Ingredients for chutney:

1. Oil – 4 spoon
2. Garlic – 3
3. Tomatoes – 2 (large)
4. Red chili – 5
5. Coconut – half cup

Ingredients for tempering chutney:

1. Oil – 2 spoon
2. Some curry leaves
3. Urad dal – 1/4 spoon
4. Mustard – 1/4 spoon
5. Cumin seeds – 1/4 spoon

Let”s start:
To make Chutney:

Step – 1:
Heat oil in a pan. Add 3 spoons of oil, Garlic – 3, Tomatoes – 2 (large), Red chili – 5, Coconut – half-cup, cook for 5 mins in low flame & switch off the stove cool completely.

Step – 2:
Then transfer to the mixer jar add salt, roasted gram (Pottukadalai)- 1 spoon & add some water & grind fine paste.

Tempering for the chutney:

Step – 1:
In a pan, add oil – 2 spoons, urad dal – 1/4 spoon, mustard – 1/4 spoon, Cumin seeds – 1/4 spoon & 2 chilies, mix it & add it in chutney.
