Wheat flour sweet kolukattai Recipe Ingredients:

1. Wheat flour – 1 cup 
2. Jaggery – 1/2 cup
3. A little bit of cardamom powder 
4. Water – 1/2 cup
5. Ghee – 1 spoon
6. Coconut – 1/2 cup

Let”s start:
Wheat flour sweet kolukattai :

Step – 1:
First, put 1 cup of wheat flour in a frying pan, fry on low heat until fragrant. Keep aside.

 Step – 2:
In a pan add jaggery – 1/2 cup,  Add a little cardamom, water – 1/2 cup until the jaggery is dissolved.

 Step – 3:
Then add the melted jaggery, coconut – 1/2 cup, and mix well. (If the dissolved jaggery water is not enough, add a little water and knead the dough).

 Step – 4:
Pour water in an idli pan, let the water boil, spread ghee on the idli plate, make kolukattai and cover with the lid and cook for 15 minutes.

    

 Step – 5:
Delicious wheat flour Sweet kolukattai ready…
