Multigrain Health Mix Powder kozhukattai  Recipe Ingredients:

1. Health mix powder – 1 cup
2. Rice flour – 2 spoons
3. Jaggery – 1/2 cup
4. Water – 1/2 cup
5. Ghee – 2 spoons
6. Coconut – 1 cup

Let”s start:
Multigrain Health Mix Powder kozhukattai :

Step – 1:
In a pan, add health mix powder – 1 cup, and rice flour – 2 spoons. Dry roast until it is hot to touch at least for 2 to 3 mins in low flame. Transfer to a mixing bowl and set aside.

  

 Step – 2:
Add palm jaggery – 1/2 cup, and water – 1/2 cup to a pan. Let the jaggery dissolve completely then switch off the stove. Keep aside.

   

 Step – 3:
In a pan add 2 spoons of ghee, 1 cup of coconut. fry 2 mins in low flame.

 

 Step – 4:
Then add the coconut in the health mix powder. Also, strain and add the sugar syrup in the powder. Mix well & rest for 10 mins.

 Step – 5:
Prepare the idli cooker, add water, and keep it ready. Take a small amount of dough. Press with fingers to form an impression as shown in the picture & apply some ghee on the idli plate. Place the prepared kolukattai in the idli plate and steam cook for 15 mins in medium flame.
