Ingredients for making wheat Poori:

1. Wheat flour as required
2. Salt as required
3. Oil – 2 tbsp (For kneading)
4. Oil – required amount (for making puri)

Let”s start:
Step – 1:
Add the required amount of wheat flour, required amount of salt, oil – 2 tbsp (knead), gradually add water and mix well to form a stiff dough and knead well for 5 minutes.

Step – 2:
Divide the dough into portions (make sure there are no cracks). & rest for 5 mins.

Step – 3:
Start rolling, Use oil to roll, do not roll it too thin, it should slightly thicker than chapathi.

Step – 4:
Put the rolled poori in hot oil and pour the oil over the puri to make the puri fluffy.
